Keeping your phone regularly backed up is always recommended, however nothing during the repair process will affect your data, so it is not required for the repair.

Most repairs can be completed within about 15-20 minutes, some more complex repairs can take an hour, and the most advanced repairs can take upwards of 3 hours, however most screen repairs, battery repairs, and small part repairs only take about 15 minutes.

We are located across the street from McDonalds RaceTrac & Middleburg Elementary, right next to Pop-Eyes chicken in the little strip mall with the barber shop, dog groomer, pawn shop, and upholstery store. We are in the same unit Cricket Wireless used to occupy. Many people are familiar with the Wild Things pet shop right up the street also.

All screen and small part repairs come with a Lifetime Warranty against defects. All battery repairs come with a One Year Warranty. Used/Refurbished phones comes with a 90 days standard warranty, but can be upgraded to a One Year Warranty at purchase. Warranties are voided by ANY and ALL damage, regardless of how it occurred. Premium screen repairs include and additional Blackout Warranty that covers the screen, so long as the glass isn't damaged. Accessories carry a 30 day warranty.

There are NO RETURNS on labor, there are NO RETURNS on accessories, used devices may be returned within 7 days in exact condition for a $50 restocking fee.
